Removing a profile from outlook 2003/Outlook won't open after rein

I get this error when I attempt to open outlook: "Unable to open your default
e-mail folders. An unexpected error has occurred. MAPI was unable to load the
information service nwnsp.dll. Be sure the service is correctly installed and
configured."

This resulted after I attempted to clean out my profile from Outlook. I was
doing this because there were problems connecting to my email account, which
was a lotus-domino server (I used the connector patch). I'm not concerned
with losing any info in outlook, I have what I need backed up. I just want to
remove any and all outlook profiles and start from scratch. how do I do this?

Run the Mail applet in Control Panel. You'll be able to delete all profiles and create a new one.

Exactly how did you attempt to 'clean out' your profile?

That's the dll for the lotus notes service - you may need to reinstall it
(depending on what you did earlier), but first I'd try making a new profile.
