Error in svchost.exe

Windows 2000 Professional.

svchost.exe causes errors and will be closed by windows.
U need to restart this program.

A log file is being made.

This is the error message translated to English.

In the Event viewer I got the following ID's with error
messages: 4097 and 4106.

The MS site can't find anything at this time or something.

Reinstalling didn't help before.

Can someone help me out here?!?

The articles I've found suggest updating to the latest
service packs/security updates - provided you haven't been
hit by some version of the Blast.exe/RPC vulnerability worm
(s), in which case you'll need to scan/clean your system
before installing the latest patches.
