Error In PSTPRX32.DLL

Every time Outlook 2000 opens on my computer, as soon as it is about to
perform any operation (open a contact, download e-mail) it stops, locks up,
and gives an error message that staes "Outlook has caused an error in
PSTPRX32.DLL. If this problem continue, restart your computer". When you
close the dialog box, Outlook shuts down. Rebooting does not help. I can no
longer send or receive e-mail using Outlook, cannot add or open any contacts,
add or open any appointments or meetings.

I've un-installed and re-installed Outlook, no change, no help. I've copied
the file PSTPRX32.DLL from the installation disk onto the hard drive to
replace the existing file, no chnage, no help.

Any suggestions?
