ERROR HELP!!!!!!

When I try to boot from XP Pro disk, to install it.I get
this Message..........
file \i386\ntkrnlmp.exe could not be loaded.The error code
is 4.Setup can not continue.Press any key to exit.
What's up with that, please help!!!!!!
