XP Pro installation

After installation reboot, I get the message "File
\$WIN_NT$.~LS\i386\ntkrnlmp.exe could not be loaded. The
error code is 14" Tried everthing. Any ideas?

OKlier

check the hardware, i.e. hard disk, the cd from which you are installing,
the cd-rom drive, RAM, etc.
