error code 7

I have installed a new hard drive, new processor new dvd
drive and dvd burner to my computer. Upon trying to load
Windows XP, I am getting this message " file\i386
\ntkrnlmp.exe could not be found. Error Code is 7. Setup
Failed. Press Any Key To Exit" Anybody got any ideas,
never saw this before. Thanks
