ntkrnlmp.exe can't be loaded !

i want to install xp, and when i boot on the ce, and in the step : Loading
Windows Executable (sorry for the translation, i've the french version), the
message ('failed to load ntkrnlmp.exe, message error 7').
please, sya me how can i do ?
