Error 1608: Unable to create InstallDriver instance.

Getting the following error when installing new Webcam
software on XP:

Error 1608: Unable to create InstallDriver instance.

Any ideas on how to resolve this issue would be
appreciated.

Make sure you have Client for Microsoft Networks installed
under network connections in the control panel. Look for
local area connection under Lan or High Speed Internet if
your on dsl/cable. Right click on it and choose
properties. Under the genral tab make sure client for
microsoft networks is installed. If its there make sure
there is a checkmark beside it.
