!INSTALLSHIELD: Apple IPod!

Recently I've bought the most recent 15GB version of the
IPod, which has completely new design interfaces in terms
of being compatible with windows. Despite that, I can't
get the installation to work, whether from the autorun,
manually, or off the website. All of this points to a
direct error in Installshield. Keep in mind that I am
running the latest versions of both WinXPPRO and
Win2KPRO, with all the updates etc. Yet everytime i get
this error:

INSTALLSHIELD

1608: Unable to create InstallDriver instance,
Return code: -2147221164

Anyone have any idea as to how to fix this problem with
installshield so I can install my Ipod properly (yes,
I've already contacted Apple and Windows support)
