Error 1606

Sorry, my englich is verry ..... I am to Germany.
Now, if I tried to install new programs, i got an error
message(1606 %userprofile%/favorites)cannot access! Help
me unable my favorites!
Now I can't see my Favorites. :0( How iI can unblock this
item?

Maybe the User Profile has become corrupted.
