Uninstall MS Anti-spyware, Hit 1606 Could Not Access Network Locat

I tried to uninstall MS MS Anti-spyware, Hit 1606 Could Not Access Network
Location %UserProfile%\SendTo\.

I went to the Registry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User
Shell Folders

and did the following
[1] Search for %UserProfile%\SendTo\ but could not find any
[2] Try to create a new Key, but Key Type is restricted to "Key" and I was
unable to change the type to REG_EXPAND_SZ (any idea how to??). So, I key in
Data Value = "%UserProfile%\SendTo\" & tried uncessfully to uninstall MS
Anti-spyware.

Get the Windows Installer cleanup utility here:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;290301

You can use it to remove the installer bits for the requested software, and
that should resolve the issue.
