error 1606

i downloaded the new antispyware update after the
original expired on july 31st 05.when i tried to install
it,i got an error message(1606%userprofile%/favorites)
cannot access network location.i can't get into the
original at all.when i tried to uninstall it through
control panel add/remove and start/all programs menu i
got the same error.any help would be appreciated.

perplexed-----Ray I am getting the same response with an
error but different # than you. Now I am getting serious
behavior messages for access or deny to windows 32 and IE
