Entry Point could not be located

I recently tried to download and install an update for an email program.
During the setup process the following error message was received..."The
procedure entry point SetHandleContext could not be located in the dynamic
link library Kernel32.dll" The strange thing is that I have used this
program on this machine for a number of years without any problems. Any
suggestions.

According to my MSDN CD there is no 'SetHandleContext' in
the Windows API (there is SetHandle, SetHandleCount and
SetHandleInformation).
