Entry Point Not Found error. Kernel32.dll

Hi, I keep getting this error when trying to install
things.

"The procedure entry point SetHandleContext could not be
located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll"

I tried for two weeks to install Zone Alarm and I gave up
and asked for a refund after not resolving the problem
despite trying everything that was suggested on the Zone
Alarm Forum.

I thought it was a Zone Alarm problem,....apparently
not,..since I just tried to upgrade Incredimail and I got
the very same error. Now I cannot even use incredimail at
all.

I have read about this error in the Knowledge Base but it
recommends contacting the program vendor for an upgrade of
the program to Windows 2000, however, I am pretty certain
both the Zone Alarm and Incredimail are Windows 2000
compatible.


Please help, I am at a loss here, don't know what else to
do.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

o, I'm sorry. I didn't came up against that.
Perhaps, you can try it: use win2000 install disk, run system cotroller.
