E-mail gets minimized when replying

When i open an email, it opens up but when i hit REPLY, it minimizes and
flases at the bottom of the screen. This just started. How do i get it back
so that when i hit reply, the email is up on the screen like it used to be?
i am using Outlook 2003. Thanks so much - any assistance would be most
appreciated!

This usually indicates an issue with your video card driver or that you have
an addin installed in Outlook that causes this.
How does it behave in Outlook Safe Mode?
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe

Thanks for the quick reply. I have not tried it in safe mode. How do i do
this and if it works in safe mode, how do i correct the problem?

Thank you... it works just fine in SAFE MODE. How do i resolve the issue?

Most likely the issue is then caused by an addin. Disable them all and then
enable them 1 by 1 to find the culprit.
