New Mail, Reply, Forward Windows Stay Minimized Cannot Open

I am using Outlook 2002 with POP3 to my ISP. I can receive email with no
problem. But when ever I select new mail, reply or forward, the new window
will show up minimized at the bottom of the task bar and I am unable to
maximize it to see it. I created a new PST and a new profile but it is still
doing this.

Any assistance will be appreciated

Do you have Plaxo installed? It can have strange side-effects like this.
