E-Mail attachment access

Any E-Mails I get with attachments are being intercepted
with the following message: "OE Removed Acess to the
following unsafe attachments in your mail:"
I am unable to open any of these attachments.
Can anyone throw any light o what;s going on and how I
can fix this?

Pete --

1. Start Outlook Express.
2. On the Tools menu, click Options.
3. Click the Security tab, click to clear the "Do not allow attachments to be
saved or opened that could potentially be a virus" check box under
Virus Protection, and then click OK.
