For example, when I go to google.com, and I type something in to search, it
has some sort of drop-down box (such as ones in browser URL bars) with the
history of the searches Ive put in before.

I cannot find out how to clear it. Ive tried delete history, deleting
cookies, deleting temp internet files, but nothing works... It also happens
with Usernames for sites. I wish to clear it.

Can anyone help?

In IE, go to:

Tools > Internet Options > Content > Autocomplete,
press "Clear Forms" button.

Try that.
