drawing program for a non-drawer

I'd like to make some drawings for a novel I've written, but I can't draw.
Is there a drawing program for non-drawers? I was thinking of something that
will let me insert clip art, then it might resize them to create
perspective. It doesn't have to be freeware. Thanks.

Any drawing application can do this... try the one with OPen Office...
