Disable 'Low Disk Space' balloon

Hi All,

I have three hard disk partitions that are low on hard space (they
are supposed to be), and I get the balloons popping up in the system
tray every five minutes telling me that the drives are low on hard
disk space.

Is there any way to tell WinXP not to check on or report low disk space?
