switching off message about low disk space

I have several logical partitions on the hard drive some of them have free
spase of about 50Mb (which is not relevant to computer, and XP keeps
popping up messages every 5 min that I am low on disk space on those
drives. How do I switch this off? Or perhaps it is possible the set another
theshold at which this message is generated

Registry edit: If you don't know how to open it you shouldn't use it. Besides
that, naviagate to
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer. Create a
DWORD (unless you have one there already) and name is NoLowDiskSpaceChecks.
Open it and set it's value to 1. Close the registry. Probably don't need it,
but you might need a restart.

Alternatively you can go ahead and download a tool from
http://www.annoyances.org/exec/software/spacecontrol - it will help you
change the threshhold levels of the warning messages.
