Disable black screen on Start-up??????

BlankBlack Screen is displayed on start-up for 5 secs..........but then continues normally!! How to disable this screen???

Isn't that quite normal? I don't think you'ld speed up things
any if you could disable that!

Do NOT use quoted-printable for Usenet posts.

You want it to perhaps instead show commercials from broadcast or cable
providers? Why would it bother displaying anything until it had
something to display?
