I am receiving a message with Digital Signature in Outlook 2003. It says
receiving but I can't get it. I sure there is an options to receive. I check
security but I only see an option to send. How do I receive this message?

I am sorry about the double posting. However, lately when I have posted I
don’t see the post for hours. I posted this question at 3 a.m. (CST).
However, I couldn’t not view it until 1:40 (CST). I only see this one post
now. I don’t see the post from 30 minutes before. Therefore I still don’t
have the answer. I am sure it is an options that I have to check or uncheck.
Can you please help me with this and my posting problems. When I check
under my profile then I only see this one list for Digital Signatures.
