I want to receive message Automatically without clicking on Send/

I am using MS Outlook 2003, and I am facing a problem in Receiving messages.
When somebody send me a mail, then I have to click on Send / Receive button
to receive the message. I have tried all the option to make it Automatically
receiving but no result. Please advise.

What time interval do you have set in your automatic Send/Receive option?
