Bitmap does not show in signature

Hi,

When sending a new message, Outlook 2003 does not show
the bitmap in the signature. The receiving party does not
see the bitmap either. However I can see it in the
signature editor preview pane.
Is there a solution to this?

I posted here w/the same problem earlier in the week -
didn't get any response.
