Different types of Air Ducts?

Am looking for an Air Duct that is mounted on the side panel to lower
temperatures. There was nothing at Newegg and all I could find was this
model:

Could someone please point me to a couple sites that offers something

You can easily make one by cutting the top and bottom off a 1/2 gal
plastic milk container and affixing it to the fan on the case side
with duct tape. The container should be a pretty good fit for a 92mm
fan. I have had one on my case for over two years now.

with duct tape. The container should be a pretty good fit for a 92mm
fan. I have had one on my case for over two years now.

I cut a piece of cardboard to replace the side panel and fabricated a
duct out of similar material to see if CPU temperatures dropped. Seemed
to have cooled it down by 7C with this temporary setup and was
wondering if a 92mm fan was necessary.
How much cooler is it with a fan running in that opening?

This was my first build and I chose Coolermaster's Wavemaster as a
case. Air flow is restricted in the front by a grill that consists of
~80 - 3/16 holes in the chassis. The case looks nice but is
dysfunctional because of it's design of one 80mm exhaust fan and an
optional blowhole if the USB module is removed.

No, a 92mm fan is not necessary. I was just giving you a frame of
reference for size.

Since your case does not show a side fan, I'm not sure what you want
to do.

If you are going to cut a hole in the side panel, you could cut it and
fit the milk container as a duct with the tape. No fan required. But
if you are going to cut the hole, cut it to fit an 80 or 92 or 120 mm
fan and mount the fan to blow air into the duct. Ths will give you
better cooling.
