Diabling Automatic Startup

Does anyone know how to disable Outlook 2003 from automatically opening
during startup for the computer? I find it very annoying that everytime I
start my VAIO outlook automatically loads, forcing me to wait for it to check
email and such. I need help.

if it's cradled when you boot, it will load outlook so it can sync.

Check these registry keys for a value that includes Outlook.EXE:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce

Use Regedit.EXE to check out the values.

I'll also see if I can find a utility that will make it easier to look
