devices or applications disabled

hi... i always get these 2 messages whenever i turn on my computer and its making my computer run really slow and i dont know how to fix it. this is what it says:

DEVICES OR APPLICATIONS DISABLED

Applications or devices on this computer use drivers that will cause Windows to become unstable. Windows has prevented these drivers from loading.

Here's the 2nd one:

DEVICES OR APPLICATIONS DISABLED

CD Recording Software will cause windows to become unstable. Windows have prevented these drivers from loading.

When i check what was going on these files came up:

cdrawl2k.sys
cdr4_2k.sys

i tried to look for them on my computer and i cant find it. Please help... i really need to fix this. thanks!
