Corel Address Book errors

My computer was infected with the Lovsan worm. I have
removed the worm, but I have some lasting effects.
Everytime I try to open my Outlook mail, I get an error
that says:
Data Base engine exception
Category: 43
Code: 39

c:\Corel\Suite8\Shared\Address\Database
USER.DB

After I close this one, I get another one that says:
Cannot open address book database in C:\Corel\Suite8
\Shared\Address\Database

I would like to get rid of these. Any suggestions?
