copying contacts from a public folder to an exchange mailbox conta

I have been looking for a way to AUTOMATICALLY copy or synchronize contacts
in a public folder with a user's exchange mailbox contacts. There are a few
tools to go one way from the private contacts to the public folder, but not
the other way around.

I know I can manually copy and paste the contacts when they are entered into
the public folder and I have even used the OUTLOOK PCS add-in.

What I'm looking for is the ability to use only the private contacts folder
(or more specifically not have to use the actual public folder) to avoid
having to click so much.

In short, I want to be able to open outlook, click on my contacts and have
it contain all of the contacts from the Public Folder (both new and old)
without having to click a button to synchonize it all the time.

Actually a client of mine would like this to happen. Apparently, the Public
Folder containing the shared contacts is "too far down in my folder list".

Is this possible? Or am I already using the best method to get this done
(Outlook PCS)?
