Public Contacts Folder

How do I create a Public Contacts Folder? I am preparing to enter a bunch of
contact information and it needs to be accessable to all in the company. I am
not sure how to create the public folder. I know how to enter contacts for my
private viewing but when it comes to creating a public folder I am lost.
Please Help. Thanks!

File | New | Folder -- make it a folder to hold Contacts in the Public Folders\All Folders hierarchy.
