Control Panel file error

When any user clicks on the control panel they get a message that says "An error occured while Windows was working with the Control Panel file C:\WINDOWS\System32\setnote.cpl." We then click OK and proceed with no apparent problems. I would still like to remove the error. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi

Search for the file named setnote.cpl and rename it or delete it. It's not a part of Windows Core files. It is a part of IBM ViaVoice
