Control Panel: Add/Remove Programs

When I go into Add/Remove Programs, the list populates, but then as I scroll
down through my program list, there are large areas of BLACK and then after
scrolling for a long time, I find the rest of the program listings. What's
that about, and how do I correct it? If you can, email me @
(e-mail address removed); I don't always have time to come here and read through
the groups.
