Continous Error Message

I once installed Easy Cd and DVD creator 6.0 but then I
got a better program that I like better. Nero. So I
uninstalled Easy Cd and DVD creator 6.0. But After I
deleted it something wierd happens. Wenever I try to open
programs a window will pop up that says "Windows
Installer" And it says its trying to install Easy Cd and
DVD Creator back onto my computer, but I no longer have
the program on my computer anymore. Any way to make this
window stop popping up everytime I try to open a program?
