connecting to win98 shared folders from winxp

my problem is that i cannot connect to PC with win98 password protected
folder, from my PC (winXP)
I now the password, and it works fine when i try to connect from other win98
PC...

can somebody help?

"cannot connect". More detail, such as the error messages, might help.
