Connect To

An Internet connection had been removed but it still shows up in the Connect
to list. How can I remove it?

TIA

What "Connect to list"? I am not aware of such a list in Windows Mail.

On the Vista Desktop, when using a dial up connection I click on Connect To,
which is located on the left hand side of I think after you hit Start. I'm
sorry I don't have the PC here it's in another location.

Is that enough explanation?

Also another question if I may when I set up the Internet connection on this
other PC recently I ticked to have the Password remembered, but this did not
happen and when the dial up connection dialogue box appeared next time I had
to put it in, is there a way to fix this?

Thanks B.W.

OK, that makes sense. My PC doesn't have that menu since
I have an 'always on' broadband connection via the LAN.

Do you have a connection icon in the system tray? If yes, right-click
on it, select "Network and Sharing Center". When that comes up,
click on "Manage network connections". That should allow you to
delete an unwanted connection.

You may be able to edit the details for your other connection from that
same screen.

Thanks, I will try that out next time I can access that PC.
