when I turn on my computer it loads fine but just before
it goes to the window screen it goes black. Then it says
High Frequency Over Range

Restart your computer in Safe Mode and select a video resolution and refresh
rate that are compatible with your monitor. For example, a 17" CRT minitor
works well with a video resolution of 1024 X 788. Your refresh rate should
be set at 75 Hz.
