component transfer error

its said, "component transfer error" on the top
then the window saids...

Component: PlanetSide
File Group: PlanetSide files
File: D:\data3.cab
Error: Incorrect Funtion

It shows this on the 2ed CD of 3. I loaded this game about 2 months ago and
i had to uninstall it for room. now i cant load it up any more. i click ok
and closes the installer.
