clicking sound

how in the heck do you turn off that annoying clicking sound in IE. you know
the one when you do something like go back or click on a link or something
and it makes that clicking sound. thanks

Change or remove the sound.
Control Panel-Sounds
"Start Navigation" and "Complete Navigation" are the relevant items.
