Can't turn off clicking sound

Hi, everytime a new window opens up in IE6, I get this
annoying clicking sound which I don't know how to turn
off. Have tried turning off all the clicking and chord
sound options in the control panel within windows, but
still can't get rid of the clicking. Does anyone have any
idea?

In Control Panel>Sounds>Sounds disable sounds under Windows Explorer
labelled with Start Navigation and End Navigation
