Chnage Homepage box in "Tools""Internet Options""change Homepage grayed out

In a frenzy of misplace optimism, I downloaded an upgrade
to my Yahoo browser(that came with my Yahoo DSL, with
which I was otherwise quite happy) and after the "upgrade"
my homepage was set to Yahoo and the option to set it has
been grayed out.

My stint with Yahoo's support team was less than
informative (i.e., "you shouldn't be having any
problems.") I have re-downloaded I.E. 6 but still no
relief. HELP!

The problem may be due to a spyware.

Download Ad-Aware from www.lavasoftusa.com, scan the system and eliminate
the malware products. Re-apply the above fix if necessary.
** Remember to update the pattern file using WebUpdate in Ad-Aware **

( Caused by a malware called CoolWebSearch) Also, Download:
