Do you get an error message when you try to send? If so, right-click
on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.

Hi Gary,
We are trying to use the verizon ISP. The smtp outgoing server is
outgoing.verizon.net. However, we cannot send email. We are able to receive
email though. Any help would be appreciated. We were on outlook express
with no problems but since we migrated to Windows Vista, this email program
will not let us send. Thanks,
