cant send and recieve link in email, outlook blocking, unsafe attachment

Hi, please help, I installed office 2000 on an xp machine and I cant send
urls, I get a message taht outlook has blocked the message for and unsafe
attachment and when I get the emails the urls are not there but are
truncated in the subject field, such as www.yahoo. but there is no .com

Is there a simple setting that I can change to get this working like all my
other machines with office 2000

Hi, thanks for the quick reply, i went to the site and there were two links
that looked like they were for my problem. the first is the COM addin and
the link doesn't work, the second is the mail url program which I downloaded
but the directions don't make sense to me], it says to unzip to web folder
but I can't unzip it and when I click on it I only get a blank IE screen ,
by the way, one last question, isn't this a major problme or am I the only
one that finds this a pain??
