Outlook Blockedan E-mail attachment. How do I unblock it to send

Iam trying to send an e-mail to my secretary as an attacment to the email i
am sending a dictationfolder. It won't go. I get the following error message.
Oulook blocked access to the following potntially unsafe attachment. Folder A
link.
HOW DO I UNSCRAMBLE THIS TO SEND THE DICTATION ?
