How can We Unblock an OE6 Blocked Attachment?

I'm trying to help a friend who uses OE 6 under WinXP Home (SP1 not Sp2) figure out how to unblock an attachment on an e-mail that he received from a friend. We know that his friend actually sent it, so it's not a virus or worm or whatever. Nevertheless, the message window states that the attachment has been blocked by OE.

How can we unblock that attachment?

Open Outlook Express and select Tools | Options | Security tab and uncheck the second box from the top concerning potentially dangerous attachments.
