How do I unblock a .mdb Access email attachment in Outlook?

I am trying to receive an email with an Access attachment, but when i try to
open it, I get a message that says that Outlook blocks unsafe attachments
(which a .mdb file is considered). I am an individual user. How do I
unblock this. thanks.
