CAN'T SEE ATTACHMENTS

Hi,

They have sent me email with attachments.
I can't open the attachments.
This is the message I get:
"This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this
action. Create an association in the Set Associations Control Panel."

It appears that you do not have the program that was used to create the file
type or the file association has been corrupted.
What type of file is it? What is the file extension? We can tell you what
program you need to install if we know what kind of file you are trying to
open.

Try saving your attachment under the "File Menu" as Save Attachment. I
wasn't able to open up Power Point Presentations that wre sent to me as an
attachment until I saved them and then opened them up using "Microsoft's
Free Power Point Viewer". I always encountered the error box about file
associations before I found this approach.
