Can't remove P2P Networking2.exe\AUTOSTART from boot up

I have kazaa, but I don't have it loaded when I boot up.
P2P is a file sharing program that enables other users to
access one specific shared directory on my computer. So I
thought if I'm not running kazaa I could disable P2P from
running when I boot up.

I've tried to delete

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [P2P Networking2] C:\WINDOWS\System32
\P2P Networking\P2P Networking2.exe /AUTOSTART

with hyjackthis but when I reboot its back redefined.
Ive tried sp2 windows security center / firewall/
exceptions and deleting it there but after reboot its
back. I've tried regedit and deleted it and rebooted and
its re-defined.

How do I remove this from boot up, without un-installing
kazaa?

I'm answering my own post for anyone interested. I
renameed networking2.exe to networking2.old. Then
rebooted and at re-boot there was no p2p executing. I
went to event viewer to see if there was an error listed.
Low behold I had 3 events. Each stating:

"Windows saved user YOUR-U10IXI0ANW\ GREG WHITESIDE
registry while an application or service was still using
the registry during log off. The memory used by the
user's registry has not been freed. The registry will be
unloaded when it is no longer in use"

Well, with that info , I renamed it back to
ntworking2.exe and this time I cancel p2p and then
deleted registry item and rebooted and that finally
worked.
