SASKIA TO MIKE BURGESS - perfectnav

SASKIA

Hi Mike, I followed your instructions, but I couldn't
open a "new topic" as you suggested (even after
registering and logging in), because I am
not "authorized". But I would really like some help with
the log, because I don't know the bad ones from the good.
I've pasted it here (if you want to see it in another
way, let me know): Could you tell me which ones to
delete / keep?

Hi, I now know how to remove any files such as PerfectNav
via Lavasoft (see question and answer below), but
PerfectNav screen comes back, if not within a couple of
hours, at least the next day.

I checked the security settings on my computer as
suggested by the webpage mentioned below, but I didn't
need to make any changes. Does anyone know what else I
need to do to make sure PerfectNav and related sites
don't install themselves on my computer?

Thanks
Saskia
