Can't install any programs now.

I installed SP2. Now I can't install any other
programs. The normal installation is interupted by
a "setupBD" program that says its installing new
drivers. After its completed, the original program never
gets installed. I've tried installing two programs with
the same results. Repeated attempts to install any
program results in the same problem.
